Administrative activities - CD

Administrative activities are provided by employees belonging to the control department (CD), while their activities ensure mapping and control of the external state of the industrial enterprise. Their task is to perform errands in the factory building, to record the true condition of the technical equipment located in the building. Subsequently, they perform an inspection and confront the exterior condition with the company's documentation. The identified differences are incorporated into the electronic documentation with labels for further processing. This activity helps large companies to better map their premises, as historically various construction and technical modifications have been carried out without being recorded in paper form.

In addition to the above activities, we also perform the digitization of company documents, by rewriting the text part as well as the drawing part into digital form. Rewriting is realized using high-quality scanning equipment and software that can convert texts and drawings (eg CAD) into electronic form.
