Data collection and analysis by ET method
The eddy current method is mainly used to detect surface and subsurface defects in electrically conductive material. The ET method (eddy currents) is implemented in several industries, especially in nuclear, thermal or steam power plants, on the blades of hydroelectric power plants in the chemical or petrochemical industry as well as in the field of engineering production. Advanced probe signal processing algorithm converts the measured electromagnetic signal to the average value of the corrosion thickness above the probe track.
When collecting data with Bobbin probes, we cooperate with a company engaged in the development of a manual probe feeder, where we are the only company performing testing in a real environment.
Our many years of experience help us deliver high work performance and fast data collection, which is managed precisely and with a high level of reporting. Our analytical outputs are based on expert opinion on the condition of the measured material.
