Data collection from heat exchangers

is carried out during the overhaul, either before the installation of new heat exchangers or during overhauls. The collection is performed for the ET method on an agreed number of heat exchanger tubes with qualified personnel who are professionally trained to focus on detecting damage to the tube wall thickness. Bobbin probes are used for collection together with special probe techniques (X-probe) and rotary probes (MRPC).

Eddy current data analysis

The analysis of different types of heat exchanger tubes and steam exchangers is performed by a specialized team of analysts who have many years of experience. The analysis itself is performed on software from ZETEC or Eddyfi. After the evaluation, a report on the status of the measured component is issued to clients, which serves as a basis for further decisions on the scope of repairs performed.

PEC inspections of pipes

is performed by testing external and internal pipes or tanks with insulation or refractory coating. This method makes it possible to identify surface degradations of the perimeter cladding material, even if the tested material is under a layer of non-conductive insulation.

Inspection of storage tanks

Tank inspection ensures safety and integrity by preventing accidental leaks and avoiding costly decontamination, while also providing critical data for predicting lifespan and necessary repairs. Tank inspectors offer trend information about the current state of assets and recommend measures for owners and operators to secure legal operating licenses; they can potentially negotiate lower insurance rates based on verification that the tanks are in good condition.

Thermal insulation coating

it is a new nanotechnology based on microspheres and is capable of withstanding temperatures from -200 to +200 °C. It can be applied directly to hot surfaces up to +150 °C and is abrasion-resistant. Its advantage lies in its very good adhesion to various surfaces and materials. The coating's application, due to its technical properties, allows for the reflection of all radiation across its entire spectrum (TSR) at 92%. It is a full-fledged replacement for polystyrene, mineral wool, and other insulating materials.

Capillary testing (PT) is one of the most common methods of non-destructive testing of materials. It is suitable for detecting surface defects. The VT method is focused on determining and evaluating the condition (properties) of the surfaces of products or components with the naked eye, or with the help of special devices or equipment.

Welding and

locksmithing

is performed during repairs of various structures, pipes or other technological equipment or components (blinding of small diameter pipes) by qualified personnel according to standards EN ISO 9606-1 141/111/135, EN ISO 96036-2 141 and in nuclear power plants also according to a special standard NDT ASI section I. We are able to provide repairs and work performance even in a difficult environment in special work suits.

Administrative activities

it is provided by administrative staff, who perform mapping of existing facilities in the field, check and map the technical condition, the location of all facilities and their components in the NPP building, then the information obtained is transported in digital form for further processing.

The technical equipment of the company allows to perform data collection and analysis activities using the ET method, welding and locksmith work, perform visual and penetration inspections in the second stage during control outages at various nuclear, thermal, steam and gas power plants, as well as petrochemical plants, engineering companies (in production, or before putting the unit into operation), even in cooperation with internal and external staff.

Bobbin probes are used for data collection together with special probe techniques (X-probe) and rotary probes (MRPC) when inspecting heat exchanger tubes.

To achieve the best possible result in the identification of corrosion and defects are for the preparation of the NDT report, the most modern technical means from world leaders in the field of NDT for ET methods are used.
